Chittenden County had one gas station selling regular gas at the lowest price of $2.97 per gallon during the week ending Jan. 3, according to customer reports submitted to GasBuddy.
The average reported price of regular gas across the county was $3.13 per gallon.
Of the 97 reported gas stations located within Chittenden County, 41 offered regular gas.
Statewide, regular gas averaged $3.03 per gallon for the week ending Jan. 3, down from the previous week.
