The campaign committee of Democratic Party candidate Peter Welch, Welch for Congress, refunded $1,000 to Michel Guite on March 31, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

FEC data shows the refunded expenditure was for: "Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company."

Welch for Congress has refunded $1,000 total since Oct. 1, 2020.
