1.7% of households in Richmond received food stamps in 2020

Richmond ranked 115th in Vermont for the percentage of households receiving food stamps in 2020, according to U.S. Census Bureau data.

There were six Richmond households (1.7 percent) who received food stamps. Richmond's population was 824 in 2020.

The city with the largest percentage of households receiving food stamps in the state was Irasburg, which had 25 of 51 households receiving food stamps, 47.3 percent more than Richmond. In 2020 the population of Irasburg was 106.
