Sunflowers abound on a new mural painted by volunteers with leadership (and a lot of brushwork) from Katie O’Brien Barritt. Located on a City wastewater pump station, this three sided mural may be viewed from Hinesburg Road at Deane Street just north of Kennedy Drive. Katie has been leading the way in brightening the City’s utility structures with full support from Public Works and the City Manager’s Office. This mural is the largest of several planned by Katie to be completed this summer.
