Relating to yesterday's Seven Days article which highlighted the way zoning changes have allowed White River Junction to continue developing housing at a faster rate than some Vermont towns, Twin Pines Housing is slated to complete 42 units of multi-family housing, affordable to incomes ranging from $30,000 a year to $90,000 a year.
