Expensive Housing Is Limiting Who Gets to Live Where in Vermont

In this "Locked Out" series of stories throughout 2022, Seven Days  has traced the contours of the housing crisis. In this final installment, Seven Days looks at how Vermonters' resistance to development and exclusionary zoning practices make swaths of Vermont inaccessible to lower-income renters or first-time home buyers.
