On average, children ages 8-12 in the United States spend 4-6 hours a day watching or using screens. But good news – there is a silver lining here and it comes in the form of Girls on the Run. We know that learning healthy habits, empathizing with peers and deepening confidence has never been more important. #GOTR offers girls the perspective, courage and skills they need to be leaders no matter where they are in live.

Get your girl involved! Check out our website for more details:  https://www.gotrvt.org/programs
