Rep. Becca Balint, a member of the U.S. Congress representing Vermont’s at-large district, recently shared her views on various political issues through a series of tweets. Her statements reflect her positions on worker rights, judicial independence, and privacy concerns.

On February 11, 2025, Rep. Balint expressed her support for workers at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB). She stated: "Proud to stand with the workers at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. The CFPB has returned over $21 billion back to taxpayers since its creation in 2011 and Trump shut them down. Let them work!"

Later that day, she commented on actions by JD Vance related to former President Donald Trump and potential implications for judicial authority: "Keep your eye on the ball. JD Vance is laying the groundwork for Trump to defy court orders, weaken the courts, and dismantle checks and balances on the presidency."

On February 12, 2025, Rep. Balint addressed constituents' concerns about privacy and public health in a tweet: "The phones in my office are ringing off the hook. I picked up a call from a Vermonter who's deeply concerned about Musk’s access to our personal, private data and the damage RFK Jr. may do to public health. Me too. Keep the pressure on."
