Saint Albans Vermont issued the following announcement.
A Memorial Day parade will take place at 10:30 am on Monday, May 30th, contingent on Main Street followed by a ceremony in Taylor Park. In the event of rain, the ceremony will take place at City Hall, 100 North Main Street. Coordinated by American Legion Green Mountain Post #1.
